This is a delicious smoothie recipe jam-packed with a whole bunch of vitamins!
What you'll need:
- 1/3 cup of washed kale (stem removed)
- 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt (if you only have natural greek yogurt add a tsp of honey or agave nectar, or a packet of stevia extract)
- 3/4 cup of milk (soy or cows preferably. I made the mistake of using almond milk once... let me tell you, almond milk and raspberries don't combine to make the tastiest flavour.)
Now, all you need to do is blend it all up!
