Motivation




I've been made aware that my fitness and nutrition blog has been recipes thus far. So, I decided I would make a more fitness-y post.

Today I'm talking about motivation. Specifically, my number one tip to help you become successful in achieving your fitness goals.

This tip is to set goals. High, impossible goals.

I know this might not work for everybody. However, if you set a super high goal, you might try that little bit harder to reach it. Even if you don't come close to it, you expect to come closer to your actual goals. And hey, sometimes you actually achieve these rediculous goals. Then It's double awesome.

Moral of the story: Set high goals, work your butt off to achieve them, no matter how impossible they are. You never know what you can achieve unless you give it everything you have.
