Here is what you'll need:
- 1 can of chick peas
- 2 tbsp of white sugar
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of honey
This is what you should do:
Start by thoroughly rinsing then drying the chick peas. It's easiest to drain them then roll them around on some paper towel. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Now toss the chick peas in a bigger bowl with the honey. Mix it up to coat the chick peas with the honey. Now sprinkle roughly half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in with the chick peas. Spread them on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mix on top.
Toss them in a 400 degree oven for 15 mins, flipping them around every five minutes.
Boom.
