What you'll need:
- Pineapple (bananas, pears and apples work great too)
- Whiskey, brandy or rum (anything really)
- FIRE
What to do:
Heat up pan. Pour 2oz of booze in pan. Toss fruit in with booze. Tilt pan and light it (if you have a gas stove it will light when you tilt it).
Cook until alcohol burns off, then cook for another minute or two flipping roughly every 30 seconds.
Plate it and serve!
