What you'll need:
- 2 salmon fillets or steaks (Whatever work for your budget, and portion needs)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 30 grams of feta (or however much you want..)
What to do:
Combine the garlic powder, pepper, and dried parsley in a bowl.
Heat frying pan to medium heat. Add oil and place salmon in pan.
Sprinkle salmon with the dry mixture.
Cooking time will depend on the size of the fish. Flip once or twice until cooked through. The fish will become a lighter pink color, and will flake apart.
Sprinkle the feta on top, and enjoy.
