BBQ Lemon Dill Salmon

I love salmon. I love dill. I love BBQ.

What you'll need:

  • Salmon fillet
  • Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
How to assemble:

Start by heating your BBQ up to 400 degrees. 

On a large piece of aluminium foil, place your salmon fillet skin side down. Lightly pepper the fillet. Now generously add some fresh dill and lemon juice. Wrap it up and throw it on the Q for 15 mins. Boom. Fini. 





I served mine up with some corn I also BBQ'd. Never BBQ'd corn you say? Its simple! just lightly oil the corn cob with olive oil, and add a little fresh cracked pepper. Now toss it on the BBQ for 5-10 minutes, flipping (or rolling) occasionally.
