This is a great pre or post workout shake. Really easy, cheap, and tastes great (like most of my recipes).
What you'll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cups cooked and chilled oatmeal (1/4 cup dry)
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or however much you need!)
- 1 packet of stevia
That's it! Blend it all together and enjoy!
