Top 10 Cottage Cheese Recipes



I have Decided to compile a list of my top 10 ways to enjoy one of my favorite protein sources; Cottage cheese.

Here we go!

10. Cottage Cheese 
Strait up! Only if it's low sodium tho! The other stuff tastes weird.

9. Cottage Cheese and Salsa on Crackers 
2 parts cottage cheese, one part Salsa, throw it on some crackers

8. Cottage Cheese Smoothie 
Add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to any smoothie in addition to, or in place of protein powder

7. Cottage Cheese on Salad
A great way to add some protein and creamy texture to your salad is with a little cottage cheese!

6. Cottage Cheese and Fruit
I love my cottage cheese with blueberries

5. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cottage Cheese 
Mix 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

3. Cottage Cheese and Greek Yogurt
A common breakfast for SCB. I combine 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of blueberry greek yogurt. Keeps me full, and gives me some slow absorbing casein protein that holds me over until lunch!
