Pumpkin Banana Protein Smoothie



Pumpkin is great. High in fiber and low in carbs (and really freaking cheap!).

What you'll need:

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (SO AMAZING)
  • 1 packet of stevia
  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • Desired amount of protein powder (If you wish!)

Just combine all of this in a blender! Blend it up!
