Pumpkin is great. High in fiber and low in carbs (and really freaking cheap!).
What you'll need:
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (SO AMAZING)
- 1 packet of stevia
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Desired amount of protein powder (If you wish!)
Just combine all of this in a blender! Blend it up!
